Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our edit, select your size, and tap Add to Bag. Head to your bag, review items, then proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest — no account required. Pay via UPI or choose Cash on Delivery.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation is sent to your registered email within minutes of placing the order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. For UPI orders, you'll receive a payment-pending email first, followed by a confirmation only after the payment is verified.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Email contact@erynoqhub.com with your order number, and we'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours. After dispatch, you'll need to follow our return process once the item arrives.

How can I track my order?

Use our Track Order page — enter your order number and registered email. You can also click the tracking link in the shipping email we send.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • UPI — via any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) using our secure payment partner MMADPay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash at the time of delivery. ₹49 handling fee applies.
Is UPI payment safe?

Absolutely. Payments are processed through MMADPay, an RBI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials. The entire checkout is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption.

My UPI payment was deducted but the order didn't confirm. What now?

Don't worry. If the payment was successful at your bank's end but didn't reflect on our side, our system reconciles automatically within a few minutes. If the order still doesn't appear in your email after 30 minutes, write to contact@erynoqhub.com with the UPI transaction reference. Failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank within 3–5 business days.

Is COD available on my pincode?

COD is available on most serviceable pincodes. The option will appear at checkout if your delivery address qualifies.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Metros are typically 3–5 days; remote pincodes 7–10 days. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free above ₹999. Below that, a flat rate of ₹79 applies. COD orders attract an additional ₹49 handling fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We ship within India only.

What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

Most courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If they can't reach you, they leave a slip and you can contact the courier directly to reschedule. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us — you can reach out to schedule another delivery.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Email contact@erynoqhub.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost. Full process and eligibility on our Return Policy page.

How long do refunds take?

UPI prepaid refunds: 5–7 business days after pickup. COD refunds via NEFT/IMPS: 7–10 business days after pickup. Bank credit may take 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning?

Yes — we offer exchanges for a different size (same product) subject to stock. Request an exchange at contact@erynoqhub.com within 7 days of delivery.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size selector and a fit note. As a general guide: take your usual size in Indian/Asian fits. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for relaxed silhouettes and sizing down for fitted/tailored cuts.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Are the product photos accurate?

We photograph our edit with care under natural and studio light. Minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to monitor calibration and fabric batches. We always describe fabric weight, fit, and feel honestly on the product page.

Account & Privacy

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No. We support guest checkout. Just enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and you're set.

How do you protect my data?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. We don't store payment credentials, and your personal data is handled in full compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How can I delete my data?

Email grievance@erynoqhub.com from your registered email address. We process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., GST records).
