Refund & Cancellation

We want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn't work out, here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work — with clear timelines and no surprises.

Section 01

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

  • Before dispatch — full cancellation allowed; no charges apply.
  • After dispatch but before delivery — cancellation is treated as a return; standard return policy applies.
  • After delivery — not eligible for cancellation; please initiate a return instead.

To cancel, email us at contact@erynoqhub.com with your order number, or call our support line on weekdays (10 AM – 6 PM IST). We confirm cancellation within 24 hours.

Section 02

Eligibility for Refund

A refund is processed in the following situations:

  • Order is cancelled by you before dispatch.
  • Order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, non-serviceable pincode, or pricing error.
  • Order is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the description.
  • Return request is approved as per our Return Policy.
  • UPI payment was charged but the order failed to confirm on our end.

Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (for UPI orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Note: The timelines above represent the time we take to initiate the refund. The actual credit in your account depends on your bank's processing time, typically 2–3 additional business days.

Section 04

What's Refunded

The refund amount includes:

  • Full product cost.
  • GST paid on the product.
  • Shipping charges only if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).

The COD handling fee (₹49) is non-refundable unless the cancellation was caused by us.

Section 05

How To Track Your Refund

Once initiated, you'll receive an email confirmation with the refund reference number and expected credit date. You can also email contact@erynoqhub.com with your order number to check status.

For UPI refunds, look for the credit in the same UPI ID / bank account used for payment. For COD refunds, the bank account details collected at the time of return pickup will be used.

Section 06

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or in worn/washed condition.
  • Items returned after the eligible return window (see Return Policy).
  • Innerwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or end-of-season sale, unless damaged.
Section 07

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by contacting our Grievance Officer (details below) within 30 days of receiving our decision. We respond to all grievances within 30 days as required by the IT Rules, 2021 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
