We confirm eligibility within 24 hours and schedule a free reverse pickup at your address.
Once received at our warehouse, the item is inspected for tags, packaging, and condition.
Refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns are not accepted unless the item was delivered damaged or defective, in which case please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We arrange a complimentary reverse pickup via our courier partners for most pincodes. The pickup is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days of approval.
If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, you may self-ship the package to our warehouse. We will reimburse standard shipping costs (up to ₹150) upon receipt. Please use a tracked courier and share the AWB number with us.
Repack the item securely in the original packaging or a similar protective cover. Include the original invoice or a printout of the return email.
Exchanges are accepted for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability. The process is similar to a return: we pick up the original item, and dispatch the replacement size within 3–5 business days of receiving the original.
For exchanges to a different product, we recommend completing the return and placing a new order to avoid delays.
Once the return arrives at our warehouse and clears inspection (typically 1–2 business days), the refund is initiated as per our Refund Policy:
