We confirm eligibility within 24 hours and schedule a free reverse pickup at your address.

Inspect

Once received at our warehouse, the item is inspected for tags, packaging, and condition.

Refund

Refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Section 01

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns are not accepted unless the item was delivered damaged or defective, in which case please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Section 02

What Qualifies For Return

Eligible

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • Original packaging intact.
  • No stains, perfume, or signs of use.
  • Wrong size, wrong colour, or wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective items (with photo proof).
  • Significantly different from the product description.

Not Eligible

  • Items returned after 7 days.
  • Used, worn, or washed items.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Innerwear and intimates (hygiene).
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Section 03

How To Initiate a Return

Send an email to contact@erynoqhub.com with the following details:

  • Order number (begins with ERYNOQ).
  • Item(s) you wish to return and reason.
  • For damaged/defective items: clear photographs from multiple angles.
  • Preferred pickup address and contact number.

Section 04

Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship

We arrange a complimentary reverse pickup via our courier partners for most pincodes. The pickup is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days of approval.

If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, you may self-ship the package to our warehouse. We will reimburse standard shipping costs (up to ₹150) upon receipt. Please use a tracked courier and share the AWB number with us.

Repack the item securely in the original packaging or a similar protective cover. Include the original invoice or a printout of the return email.

Section 05

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability. The process is similar to a return: we pick up the original item, and dispatch the replacement size within 3–5 business days of receiving the original.

For exchanges to a different product, we recommend completing the return and placing a new order to avoid delays.

Section 06

Refund Processing

Once the return arrives at our warehouse and clears inspection (typically 1–2 business days), the refund is initiated as per our Refund Policy:

  • UPI/Prepaid orders: Refund to original UPI ID / bank — 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund via NEFT/IMPS to bank account provided at pickup — 7–10 business days.
Section 07

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery if possible. If you've already accepted, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of:

  • The outer packaging (showing damage).
  • The product itself (showing the defect).
  • The shipping label (showing AWB number).

We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — including shipping costs — and you do not need to wait for a return pickup before we act.
