We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India. Pincode is verified at checkout.
Standard delivery within 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹999. ₹79 flat below.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time varies by location. Below are typical timelines once your order is dispatched:

Cash on Delivery (COD) attracts a one-time handling fee of ₹49 per order, in addition to applicable shipping charges.
We service most pincodes in India through our courier partners. At checkout, your pincode is validated in real time against the state you've selected. If the combination doesn't match, you'll be prompted to correct it before proceeding to payment.
You can also check pincode serviceability on any product page before adding to cart.
Once dispatched, your order receives a tracking number and tracking link from the courier partner. You'll receive these via email and SMS. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number and registered email.
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail or the package is returned (due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or refusal at door), the order is returned to our warehouse.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept delivery and inform us within 24 hours at contact@erynoqhub.com along with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund without delay.
In the rare event a shipment is lost in transit, we will refund the full order amount within 7 business days of confirmation from the courier partner.
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
